RTVA, the Andorran national broadcaster has confirmed to ESCToday that Andorra will not participate at the forthcoming 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.
2019 will mark the 10th anniversary of the country’s last Eurovision participation, namely Andorra last graced the Eurovision stage in Moscow in 2009 with Susanne Georgi. The country withdrew from the contest in 2010 due to its poor results and the financial strain entailing its participation.
The Andorran broadcaster has informed ESCToday that Andorra not return to the competition next year either.
