The fifth artist in ESCToday’s Eurovision Live Lounge joined us this evening via our Facebook page; live from Iceland, we said hello to Ari Ólafsson and his team who will all travel to the host city of Lisbon for the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest.

Ólafsson spoke about is upcoming Eurovision participation in Lisbon, together with all preparations ahead of his travels in the coming weeks. The Icelandic team also revealed more about the message behind his competing entry and his plans for the stage.

Iceland will compete in the first semi-final of the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest on the 8 May, with Ari hoping to bring his country and his entry, Our choice, straight to the final of the competition on the 12 May.
