Tom Dice, Belgian representative in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, has released a new single in Belgium and the Netherlands. The song is called Lucy and it is taken off his number one album Teardrops.

Tom Dice represented Belgium in Oslo with the song Me and my guitar. He won the first semi final and finished sixth in the final, which was the highest placing for Belgium since 2003. The song was also a commercial success in many countries reaching the charts in Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and Switzerland. In Belgium, the song was a number one hit both on the Waloon and Flemish single charts. His new song Lucy was written and produced by Tom Dice himself along with Tom Helsen.
