Yeah, we now know all them three! The Finnish Eurovision 2018 participant Saara Aalto has today unveiled the third and very last candidate song titled Queens. It now remains to see with which of them she will be flying to Lisbon.

Singing for her Queens

Queens is an uptempo pop song, written by Saara Aalto herself, Farley Arvidsson, Charlie Walshe and Tom Aspaul. It was officially released today alongside its music video on Saara’s YouTube channel, directed by Alex Herron.

In the video we witness the… Queen Saara constantly changing look, while dancing and singing! Initially, she is blonde but then we see her with her natural dark and even going purple! Apparently, her energetic mood is ubiquitous throughout the whole video clip. Which look do you prefer?

The last two weeks saw the release of the other two potential Saara’s Eurovision entries, called Monsters and Domino respectively.

Finland at Eurovision 2018

Different from the previous years, the Finnish national broadcaster YLE announced in November that they had internally selected the successful singer Saara Aalto to represent the country at Lisbon’s Eurovision Song Contest in May 2018. However, their established national selection show Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) 2018 is going once again to be held, this time to pick Saara’s Eurovision entry.

The show will take place on Saturday 3 March at Espoo Metro Areena in Espoo, and will be presented by Krista Siegfrids and Mikko Silvennoinen. The final outcome will emerge by both public and jury voting.

Finland with Saara Aalto will be performing in the second half of the first semi-final evening on 8 May. The 63rd Eurovision Song Contest will be held on 8, 10 and 12 May at the Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal.

What’s your opinion? How will the Finnish entry in the contest will be entitled?
