The Baltics are on fire tonight. Estonia will start its national selection to elect the Estonian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon. Let Eesti Laul 2018 begin!
The quest for the Estonian representative in Lisbon starts tonight. Ten acts will compete to advance to the Grand final. Tonight’s lineup sees two notable comebacks: Stig Rästa (Estonia 2015) and Semy (Estonia 2001).

According to ERR, the Estonian national broadcaster, the two semi-finals of Eesti Laul will be hosted by Kristel Aaslaid and Martin Veisman.
A total of 5 artists will advance from tonight’s show: the first 4 qualifiers will be determined via a 50/50 combined public and jury vote, whilst the fifth qualifier of the evening will be selected through a further televote.
Eesti Laul 2018 schedule
As in recent years, the 20 selected participants will be split into a total of 2 semi-finals, both of which will take place in February. The qualified acts will compete in the Grand final on 3 March.
