Tonight, Tom Dice, who has been internally selected to represent Belgium at this year's Eurovision Song Contest, will present his song for Oslo.
The show
The show will start on 21:15 CET and will be broadcast by VRT. Tom Dice is the runner-up of the 2008 Flemish version of The X Factor. His first single was a cover of Leona Lewis' smash hit Bleeding love.

This year, Belgium will compete in the second half of the first semi final, to be held on May 25th. In 2009, Belgium was represented by Patrick Ouchène, who finished 17th in thefirst semi final with his song Copycat, receiving just one point from Armenia, thus not qualifying to the final.
