Yesterday saw the beginning of a new life for a former Eurovision participant! Medical doctor and part-time singer Gianluca Bezzina, who represented the Maltese nation at Eurovision 2013 in Malmö, got married to his long-term partner Vanessa, with the majestic smile of the groom looking shinier than ever.

The wedding ceremony took place on Sunday afternoon in Malta and reportedly, it had it all. Happiness, excitement, dancing and singing… Prior to the ceremony, Gianluca had informed his followers about the happy event via his Facebook page. The wedding photos feature many family members as Gianluca has 6 siblings, with him being the third of the 7 children. This marks the third wedding for the Bezzinas in a row, as Gianluca’s sisters Dorothy and Samaria both tied the knot recently.

Friends, relatives and acquaintances of the couple were all there to congratulate them and give their warmest wishes. One of the most exciting parts of the night was the speech of Gianluca’s father, Charles Bezzina, who turned his speech into a speech-song, wishing this way all the best to his son and daughter-in-law.
Moreover, their friends showed their love having printed a poster featuring the couple and saying: “Forget tomorrow… Tonight is the night!“. The poster was stuck in the wedding car.
