After six semi finals, the final of Malta Eurosong 2010 will be held tonight. 20 acts will compete for the ticket to Oslo to become the 23rd Maltese representative in the Eurovision Song Contest.
The show
The show to be broadcast on TVM will start at 20:45 CET. The programme will be hosted by Keith Demicoli, Pauline Agius and Owen Bonnici at the Fairs and Convention Centre in Ta' Qali. 20 acts will perform one song each and the winner will be chosen by a mixture of jury voting (50%) and televoting (50%). The interval acts will be performed by 1992 Maltese representatve Mary Spiteri, 1998, 2005 and 2009 representative Chiara as well as 2008 Armenian representative Sirusho.

In 2009, Malta was represented by Chiara, who finished sixth in the first semi final and 22nd in the final with What if we. In 2010, the country will compete in the first semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest on 25th May.
