About Tom Dice

Tom Dice (born Tom Eeckhout, Eeklo, 1989) is a Belgian singer-songwriter. He started playing the guitar, singing and songwriting at an early age.

In his teens, he joined the band The Dice, from which he took his stage name. He gained mainstream attention when he earned the second place in the Flemish version of X Factor, in 2008.

In 2010, Tom Dice was selected by Flemish-Belgian broadcaster VRT to represent Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo, Norway.

With his ballad Me and my guitar, he actually won Semi-Final 1, with 167 points. Tom Dice eventually reached a respectable 6th place in the Grand Final, receiving 143 points. Me and my guitar became a big hit in both the Flemish and Walloon charts, and also in Luxembourg.

Tom Dice released his debut album Teardrops in 2010, followed by Heart for sale in 2012, and I’ve come a long way in 2016. The artist is currently working on his new album.
