The selection of the Serbian representative for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest will take place on March 13th, instead of March 6th, as previously announced. Auditions to choose the 3 performers for the national final are scheduled to start on February 15th or 16th.
As already reported, ten singers will feature in this early stage of the Serbian selection process and three of them will qualify for the national final, where they will perform the three songs especially composed by Goran Bregovic. The show, first set for March 6th, has been postponed to March 13th at 21:00 CET.
The Serbian representative at the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest will be decided solely by televote. Several names have been rumoured to take part in the process, such as Emina Jahovic -already confirmed-, Ana Nikolic, Milan Stankovic, Tijana Dapcevic, Aleksandra Radovic and Jelena Tomasevic (2008 Serbian representative).
Serbia will participate at the first semifinal of the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest, to be held on May 25th.
