Carola, one of the most popular Swedish singers of all time and three time Eurovision contestant, has announced the release of her new single, entitled Til’ the end.

The song was written with Carola’s boyfriend Jimmy Källqvist, and was released yesterday on Friday 6 October. This is the first music that Carola has released since 2014 and the first official single since 2011’s Nu tändas tusen juleljus.

Carola has said of her new song:

Til’ the end has a special place in my heart. It’s about leftover love that lasts all my life, dedicated to my children.

Carola has a long history with Eurovision, having competed three times for Sweden; she came third in 1983, fifth in 2006 and she won the contest in 1991 with her song Fångad av en stormvind.
