According to the Swedish tabloid/newspaper Expressen, the Finnish Head of Delegation and member of the EBU Reference Group, Kjell Ekholm, now confirms that in the past he has been approached by broadcaster officials from several other countries who wanted to exchange points with Finland.

In the interview, he refused to disclose the countries in question, and added that the only way to ensure complete accuracy and fairness was for the EBU to go in and monitor the televoting in selected countries during the final. This will actually happen this year.
