Rebeca will be trying to represent Spain for the 4th time this year with the song Valentino Boy. Rebeca will be familiar to Spanish Eurovision fans as she competed in Mision Eurovision in 2007 and was one of the co authours of the 2007 Spanish Eurovision entry I love you mi vida, which was performed by D'NASH in Helsinki.

The Catalan singer had not been lucky in her bid to represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest yet. In 2006 she submitted a song titled Qué no daría yo to the Spanish national broadcaster TVE. As you all know, the 2006 SpanishEurovisionrepresentatives Las Ketchupwere selected via an internal selection.

Rebeca was back in action in 2007 when she tried to represent Spain in Helsinki with the song I love you mi vida. This song was actually produced and recorded for her, but due to the rules and regulations of Misión Eurovision, which stated that singers and songs had to be submitted individually, D'NASH ended up performing the song in Helsinki. Last year, she entered the song Amor radical in the 2009 Spanish Eurovision selection Eurovisión 2009 El Retorno.

This year Rebeca is back with a bang! She has submitted the song Valentino Boy, which is sung both in Spanish and Italian. Isaak Luque is the producer of this entry, whilst the videoclip has been produced by Salva Muste. The preview videoclip of Valentino Boy was filmed and recorded in Barcelona recently. Will 4th time prove lucky for her? We will have to wait and see.
