Singer Michał Szpak from Poland has released the official music video of his song Tic tac clock.

Tic tac clock was already available in audio version, but now Michał Szpak has released the official video to accompany the song. The songs speaks of finding personal freedom and inner strength, getting out of heartless relationships.

Tic tac clock is taken from Michał Szpak’s successful album Byle być sobą (“To be yourself”), and was written by Olivia Morney, produced by Jamie Axel.

About Michał Szpak

Michał Szpak (Jasło, Poland, 1990), also known as Miszel, Miszanel and Majkel, is a Polish singer. Influenced by bands and artists such as Queen, David Bowie and Michael Jackson, he was part of the rock group Whiplash.

In 2011, Michał Szpak participated in X Factor Poland, reaching the final. Later in 2011, he took part in the show Taniec z gwiazdami, the Polish version of Dancing With The Stars, where he placed 5th with his dancing partner, professional dancer Paulina Biernat.

In 2013, Michał Szpak was awarded with the first prize at the Russian Song Festival in Zielona Góra for his interpretation of the famous Russian song Ochi chyornye (“Dark eyes”), with lyrics by Ukrainian poet and writer Yevhen Hrebinka.

2015 saw the release of the album Byle być sobą, dedicated to Michał Szpak’s mother, who had died unexpectedly. The album received critical acclaim, reaching platinum status. The album includes the song Color of your life, with which Michał Szpak participated in, and eventually won, the Polish national final for Eurovision 2016.

Michał Szpak represented Poland at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden. Reaching the Grand Final,  Michał Szpak and Color of your life eventually reached a respectable 8th place, earning 229 points.
