France’s revamp for their entry for the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest is now out and some changes have been made.

The French revamp of Alma‘s song for the Eurovision Song Contest, Requiem, is out and there are multiple changes.

Requiem‘s instrumental has undergone a review as it is now slightly different to the original, together with the end of the song as the backing vocals have changed. The chorus was also altered as it now performed in English.

This revamp is the final version for Eurovision 2017. You can watch Requiem by Alma here:

France will directly compete in the final as they are a part of the Big 5 and therefore automatically qualify to the final.

The country has won Eurovision 5 times; they last participated in 2016 with Amir and his song J’ai cherché.
