Slovenia continued their national selection, and tonight chose their final four qualifying songs for the grand final of EMA 2017.
The final 8 semi-finalists performed in tonight’s EMA 2017 show for a place in Friday’s grand final on the 24 February. A combined jury and public vote took place in order to decide which 4 acts would qualify to the final stage of the selection.
The qualifiers were announced together on the evening, 2 of which were determined via the televote whilst the final 2 acts were chosen by a jury.
Semi-final 2 results
The top four songs chosen by the public and jury were:
- Nuška Drašček – Flower in the snow
- Tim Kores Kori – Open fire
- Raiven – Zažarim
- BQL – Heart of gold
This means that Clemens, Kataya & Duncan, Ina Shai and United Pandaz, Arsello & Alex Volasko were eliminated from EMA.
The final line-up is now known!
We now know the final line up of the EMA 2017 final, which will be held on Friday 24 February. The winner will represent Slovenia at the Eurovision song contest 2017 in Kyiv. The line up for next Friday’s final is as follows:

- Sell Out – Ni panike
- Omar Naber – On my way
- Nuška Drašček – Flower in the snow
