Tonight the second semi-final of Eesti Laul 2017 will be held in Estonia. Just as in semi-final 1, 10 candidates will perform on the stage, presenting their potential Eurovision entries.

Tonight’s show

Tonight’s semi-final, hosted by Marko Reikop and Elina Netšajeva, will see the second group of 10 selected candidates perform their bidding entries on the Eesti Laul stage. The top 5 of this semi-final will go through to the final of Eesti Laul 2017 on 4 March.

The results will be decided in 2 rounds; round 1 will see the first 4 qualifiers determined via a 50/50 combination of a professional jury and the public televote, whilst the fifth and final qualifier will be decide 100% by a televote.

Among the participants of semi-final 2 of Eesti Laul 2017 are familiar names: Koit Toome and his singing partner Laura (Põldvere) both participated in Eurovision before: Koit Toome in Eurovision 1998, Laura as part of the group Suntribe in 2005.
