Mel Giedroyc, the Comedian and TV host who is presenting tonight’s National Selection for the UK entry in Eurovision 2017 has given a stern, if not tongue in cheek, warning to fans.

Mel Giedroyc told Daily Star:

I trust the public. But I also think it’s good to be transparent about it and basically pass the buck.

If it all goes tits up, we can just say: ‘The public decided – it’s their fault!’

Mel is presenting the Eurovision: You Decide show for the second year in a row and has hosted the semi finals for the BBC since 2015. She is also well known for hosting the Great British Bake off, which is one of the most popular shows TV shows in the UK.

Eurovision: You Decide will be shown at 19.30 UK time.
