The complete list of the 28 participants in Melodifestivalen 2017 will be announced during a press conference by the Swedish broadcaster SVT on Wednesday 30 November.
Various names have been previously reported as participants in Melodifestivalen 2017. We will get to know the complete lineup including artists, songtitles and lyricists/composers, and also the division to semifinals – however not in running order which will be announced at a later phase.
The press conference will be broadcasted live online via SVT Play starting 9:30 CET. Live updates will be available on ESCToday as well.
The winner of Melodifestivalen 2017 will choose Sweden’s representative for Eurovision 2017. The first semifinal will kick off on 5 February in Gothenburg with the grand final on 11 March in Stockholm.
