The draw of the running order for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest will be held today. The event will be streamed live at 16:00 CET.

The final official list of the participating countries will also be revealed. As Georgia has announced to withdraw from the competition, it is expected that 18 countries will take part in the first semi final and 19 in the second one. The semi final allocation draw was already held earlier this year. Five countries are directly qualified for the final: United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany and Russia. Their position will also be determined.

The 2009 Eurovision Song Contest will be held on 12th, 14th and 16th May 2009 in Moscow, Russia.
