Channel 1 Russia has opened the ticket sales for the Eurovision Song contest 2009 events on 11th to the 16th of May 2009.

You must register your name and email on the official ticket site, check your email inbox for the activation email to confirm registration.

The tickets for the Dress Rehearsals will be cheaper than for the Live Shows of the Semi-Finals and the Final – from approximately EUR 7 up to EUR 40. The cost of the tickets for the Semi-Finals (12th and 14th of May) is from EUR 18 up to EUR 445. The cost of the tickets for the Final (16th of May) is from EUR 22 to EUR 667. Approximately 20,000 people would have a chance to attend each show.

Tickets price and cost of reservation and delivery services

• Tickets are sold at face value.
• The cost of reservation services is 10% of the face value of purchased tickets.
• The cost of reservation and delivery services is included into the price of the order.
• The cost of delivery does not depend on the number of tickets per order.

Terms of tickets' reservation

• You have to make your order within 10 minutes after the selection of seats, otherwise the seats will be released.
• The reservation for tickets in the order is valid 2 days after the order has been made. If the order is not purchased within this period of time or no additional clarification is delivered from you the order is automatically cancelled.
• If you order the tickets on the day of the event, your order can be reserved at the discretion of the operator, or the operator is entitled to refuse you the reservation.
• If you order the tickets one day before the event, then the order must be purchased before 19:00 hrs.(Moscow time)on the same day.

The terms of payment for the ordered tickets and return of purchased tickets

• The payment for reservation and delivery services is made simultaneously with the payment for tickets.
• The ordered tickets are paid for in Ruble in cash if you purchase them on cashier or if they are delivered, or with a credit card if you order the tickets through Internet or on cashier.
• The return of tickets is permitted only if the events are cancelled or rescheduled . In this casethey willreimburse you the cost of the purchased tickets. The cost of reservation and delivery services is not reimbursed as you confirm by taking out the order thattheir services were provided qualitatively and timely.

ORDER ON WEBSITE

The ticket' order is made in 5 steps:

1) On the page "Event selection" select an event – click on "order".

2) On the page "Seats view" select a sector on the general scheme of stands. Here you can also see the tickets' prices.

3) Further on the graphc scheme of the sector select your seats (the registration is mandatory).
Click on "Order"

4) In the section "My orders" you see the number of selected tickets, cost of reservation services and the total price of the order.

Here you can order the delivery of the tickets and, shoud you wish so, pay with a credit card via Internet through the electronic payment system "CyberPlat®".

5) To confirm your order click on "Order", then the number will be given to your order and you will receive a letter to your mail address with the details of your order. You have to communicate the number of the order when you purchase the tickets.

Each page of the website contains an instruction. Following the instruction you can make your order and the delivery of tickets easily and quickly.

• There is a restriction in terms of a maximum number of tickets sold to one person:
  • Not more that 4 tickets for one event
  • Not over 24 tickets per order.
