Lithuania will continue its search for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest tonight with the first of two semi finals in Dainu Daina being aired. Ten songs will be presented and five will move on to the national final.

The show

The show starts at 20:00 CET. Ten songs will competeand five of them will qualify for the national final on 14th February.

Lithuania was represented in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest by Jeronimas Milius, who finished 16th in the second semi final thus not making it to the final.
