The 2016 Montenegrin Eurovision representatives Highway have opted to sing in English at the forthcoming 2016 Eurovision Song Contest.

Highway is a 4 member boy band, which has been selected via an internal selection by RTCG, the Montenegrin national broadcaster in order to fly the Montenegrin flag in Stockholm. The band was initially composed of 3 members (Petar Tošić, Luka Vojvodić andMarko Pešić), but last month a 4th member joined the band, Bojan Jovovic. Bojan is a former member of the 2005  Serbia/ Montenegro act Eurovision No Name.

Montenegrin news portal Vijesti.me reports that Highway will sing in English at the upcoming ESC in Stockholm.The boys are currently working on their Eurovision entry are planning to premiere it by the end of February. Highway were in Zagreb recently where they were recording their Eurovision entry.

The 2016 Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to be held on 10, 12 and 14 May at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

Montenegro debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 and is yet to win the event.
