This year’s French representative at the Eurovision Song Contest, Amir, has unveiled the official video clip for his competing entry, J’ai cherché.

The official J’ai cherché music video was directed by Francis Cutter of HK Prod and follows the lives of 2 young people at the start of their professional careers; one as a ballet dancer and another as a taekwondo fighter.

Earlier this week, France 2 confirmed that Amir Haddad has been internally selected to represent France at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest with his entry, J’ai cherché. Amir shot to fame in France in 2014 following his participation in The Voice of France, in which he qualified to the final of the contest.

Amir will compete for France in the grand final of the competition on the 14 May at the Globen Arena in Stockholm.
