Israeli television (IBA) will broadcast the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest's entry pre-selection, known as Kdam-Eurovision, on January 23rd. The entry will be performed in Riga by Lior Narkis, who has already been selected.

The IBA confirmed to Eran Farbstein of EuroSong Spain that the 2003 Kdam-Eurovision will be broadcasted on IBA's Channel One on Thursday, January 23rd. The hostess of the show will probably be former popular MTV Europe VJ, Eden Har'el, but this issue is still under deliberations.

4 songs will be nominated. All of them will not be performed live by Lior Narkis, but it is still unknown whether they will be shown as video clips or just pre-recorded at the IBA's studios. The voting procedure will be split into two: The audience at home will be able to televote but the jury, who selected Lior Narkis last month, will also have part in the final decision. The weight of each vote is still to be decided.

The rest of the programme will be broadcasted live from the IBA's studios.
