The 2015 Swedish Eurovision winner Måns Zelmerlöw welcomed the Swedish U21 Soccer Champions with his winning Eurovision entry Heroes.
Sweden won the Under 21 European Soccer Championship and returned home to Sweden as Chamopions. Måns Zelmerlöw welcomed the young Swedish soccer players and congratulated them for their victory. He treated them with his Eurovision winning entry Heroes.
Måns Zelmerlöw represented Sweden at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna with his entry Heroes. He won the competition and gave Sweden its 6th Eurovision victory.
