Well informed rumors from Malta state that the next Malta Song for Europe 2003 will be held at Ta Qali Grounds in a purposely-set-construction next to the National Stadium. The venue was used for the last edition of the Malta Music Awards, held in 2001.

The venue promises to be ultra-modern and quite in line with the 2003 standards. The venue might hold a crowd of over 4,000 persons per night.

According to critics, this is a very positive-step for the Maltese public, who year after year, have been let down because the tickets for both nights used to be sold-out after less than an hour on issue.

This Monday, 16th December, the final line-up of 24 entries which made it to the semi-finals of 7th February will be announced. Malta Song for Europe 2003 will be held on 7th and 8th February. Both nights will be broadcasted live on TVM and streamed live on di-ve.com
