The Spanish singer Anabel Conde has the honor of having achieved the best result for her country in the past 40 years in the Eurovision Song Contest. And this week she will feature in a special event in Málaga which will commemorate the 60^th Anniversary of the Eurovision Song Contest.

It has been a long time since Anabel Conde climbed to the second position in the Eurovision Song Contest 1995 in Dublin. She came back to the Eurovision Song Contest with Andorra in 2005 as backing for Marian van de Wal. Last year she launched the album Toda una mujer.

The Eurovision Song Contest is in the midst of its Diamond Jubilee celebrations. And it would appear that the commemorations are being held beyond the Eurovision organization, too…

This week the hall La Cochera Cabaret in Málaga, Spain, will host the Eurovision 60^th Anniversary Party featuring Anabel Conde. The singer will perform her Eurovision classic Vuelve conmigo and tracks from her latest album. The act will also include Anabel’s performance of other Eurovision songs. The last hour of the party will be dedicated to dancing to Eurovision hits.

The event will take place in the hall La Cochera Cabaret from 23:00 CET on 9 May 2015. You can find all the details (in Spanish) in the event’s webpage. The price of the tickets is 10€ (13€ for a seated place).

Anabel Conde reached the second position for Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest 1995 with Vuelve conmigo.
