Today, the EBU has published the running order for the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, which will take place in Copenhagen’s B&W Hallerne in May.
The Danish broadcaster DR decided the running order after the rules were changed last year to enable the host broadcaster to decide the order the songs will perform in to make the show more exciting.
This year Armenia will have the honour of opening to competition, with Hungary closing the first semi-final. In the second semi-final Malta will kick proceedings off and Romania will be the last semi-finalist to perform.

A total of 31 countries will be competing for the 20 available spots in the final, hoping to join the big five (United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France and Germany) as well as the host nation Denmark in the final.
