Also Spain have had to accept ESC dreams be shattered after this year's voting. Spain's state broadcaster TVE is going to suggest new voting rules, Spanish media reported today.

The Commisioning Director for TVE, Álvaro de la Riba, says it is wrong that so many countries end up giving high number of points to their neighbouring countries. It could imply that countries have agreed to vote for each other.

He is going to present the European Broadcasting Union – main organizer of the ESC – with a proposal and thereby try to change what he feels are unjustices at the voting.
Spanish entrant Rosa Lopez finished at seventh place, something which the Spanish feel really disappointed about.
