Tinet Rubira, director of Spanish Operacion Triunfo, told the Spanish websitesite vertele.com, that the next edition of the program will start in Spain during the first weeks of October.

He has also told that “in the final phase of the casting will be 150 and 200 people from the 80.000 that had applied at the beginning of the castings“.

But is not sure the number contestants, Rubira told that there will be 16 or 18 finalists at the end.
