In a televised final, the Turkish jury selected Grup Safir to represent the country on the Eurovision Song Contest in Tallinn, on May 25. Where TRT promised the best final ever in Turkey, fans were disappointed about the quality level of the songs.
Grup Safir will perform 'Leylaklar doldu kalbimde' ('Lilacs filled in my heart').
Before the final songs were preformed, Seda Yuçe performed his song from the 2001 Eurovision Song Contest.
