Romanian composers and lyric writers have time until 9th of February to submit songs to broadcaster TVR.

28th February and 6th March the semifinals take place. The final takes place at 13th March.

Jury and televoters both have 50 percent of the votes. Romania will perform in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest, on 15th May in Istanbul.
