San Marino’s Eurovision 2019 representative Serhat Hacıpaşalıoğlu was welcomed by the microstate’s Captains Regent.

Turkish singer Serhat, who already represented San Marino at Eurovision 2016, was welcomed back to the country during a private audience at the Palazzo Pubblico, the seat of government. The artist,  Mr. Carlo Romeo (SMRTV General Director) and the Head of Delegation Mr. Alessandro Capicchioni had a cordial meeting with the two heads of state and government of San Marino, the Captains Regent Mr. Luca Santolini and Mr. Mirko Tomassoni.

Serhat stated his pride of representing San Marino once again:

I now feel at home in San Marino.

The singer did not reveal any details about his 2019 Eurovision entry, but took the opportunity to take pictures at the Piazza della Libertà in the snow.
