esctoday.com had the privillege to meet former Irish Eurovision winner Niamh Kavanagh as well as former Maltese Eurovision contestant Chiara Siracusa in Bucharest, as they were both special guests at Romania's national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011. Between rehearsals, they had agreed to answer to some of our questions about Romania and their plans for the future.

Check out Niamh and Chiara's answers to our questions:

Niamh Kavanagh won the 1993 Eurovision Song Contest for Ireland. Seventeen years later, she came back to the light spot representing Ireland with the song It's for you, but she failed to become the first ever female singer to win Europe's favourite music show twice.

Chiara Siracusa represented Malta on three different ocassions: in 1998 she achieved a well deserved 3rd placing in Birmingham, in 2005 she was the runner-up of the show in Kyiv and in 2009 she ended up on the 22nd position.
