Attention Europe!  Would YOU like to sing with Boggie on her flashmob tour?

Boggie will represent Hungary at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest with the peace anthem Wars for nothing following her victory at the A Dal national selection final in February.  Before the national final took place, Boggie invited people to perform Wars for nothing with her on the square in front of Budapest’s St. Stephen’s Basilica.

Hundreds of people participated, generating much attention, and Boggie seeks to extend such a positive experience to fans in six other big European cities:

It is a very exciting mission and of course great fun to play music on the most beautiful squares of Europe together with my friend Milán Szakonyi who will also stand on stage with me in Vienna. Nevertheless, this action also has a deeper meaning. While I sing this song, I sing it for and in the name of many of us. To perform it together with strangers and the fact that people are willing to become part of it, is a great symbol of the need for unity and of course for the power of music. I cannot wait to stand on the Eurovision stage in Vienna but until then I want to spread my song and its message as far as I can.

Boggie’s first stop on her flashmob tour is the Dutch capital of Amsterdam tomorrow (Saturday 18 April) at 10:00 CET on the Museumplein (in front of the “I Amsterdam” sign).  Everyone is welcome to attend, and the singer is ready.

The tour concludes on the 5 May, by which time Boggie will have visited London, Berlin, Paris, Rome and the 2015 Eurovision host city Vienna.
