The tenth spot in the Austrian national final, Wer Singt Für Österreich?, is reserved to a wildcard entry. The Austrian broadcaster ORF has received 37 submissions and chose five to go to the final of the Wildcard Round.

The voting begins tomorrow, Thursday, 14 January, at 9:00 CET via ORF’s Official Eurovision Facebook Page and will close at 9:00 CET on Friday. You have 24 hours to vote for your favourite act – to vote, simply like the voting post featuring your favourite artist’s picture on ORF’s page.

ORF has already revealed the names of the other nine artists that will take part in WSFÖ. Their songs will be revealed on 21 January.

Gil is 23 years old, grew up in Israel and lives in Sweden. He began following the Eurovision Song Contest at the age of five, when the contest was held in Jerusalem in 1999. Gil joined the ESCToday team in March 2008, shortly after co-hosting the Israeli national selection that year.
