Norway: Wig Wam's Glam nominated in Fredrikstad Blad

Åge Sten Nilsen aka Glam, frontman of Wig Wam the Norwegian representatives in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest, has been nominated by the Fredrikstad Blad newspaper for The Public Award 2007. The winner of the award is determined through online voting and the results will be announced on 12 January.

Glam has been nominated together with 8 other local culture celebrities for The Public Award 2007 by the Fredrikstad Blad newspaper. The other nominees are: Cantare, Vigdis Lunde Wisur, Isabella Leroy, Månefestivalen/Jimmy Olsen, Ivo De Figueredo, Jens Olav Simonsen, Signe Sannem Lund and Aksel Kolstad.

The results will be announced during the annual Fredriks Awards at the City Scene in Fredrikstad, on January 12. The winner is decided by online voting through the newspaper's website.
