Tonight: Eurovision Song Contest’s Greatest Hits

Tonight, Eurovision Song Contest’s Greatest Hits will be broadcast for the first time across several European countries. 

Tonight viewers living in Ireland and the United Kingdom will be able to watch the show on their respective channel from 21:00 local time. If you live in Ireland you can watch the show on RTE 2 and if you live in the UK the show will be broadcast on BBC 1.

Many other countries will be showing the concert at a later date. Earlier this week the official list of broadcast dates was revealed.

  • Israel (IBA) – Saturday, 11th of April
  • Norway (NRK) – Saturday, 4th of April
  • Portugal (RTP) – Sunday, 26th of April
  • Romania (TVR) – Sunday, 12th of April
  • Russia (C1R) – Sunday, 5th of April
  • San Marino (SMRTV) – Sunday, 5th of April
  • Serbia (RTS) – TBA

The event

The show will be hosted by the BBC One commentator Graham Norton and the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest host Petra Mede, The venue is the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, London.

The interval act of the night will be the Irish interval act from the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest, Riverdance.
