European Broadcasting Union (EBU) is set to launch a new competition. It is called Eurovision Talent Contest and it will be a show where each country will be represented by an entrant with unique and surprising abilities.
All the performances will be carried out in a non-verbal language, in order to avoid communication barriers. All the candidates wishing to participate will have an online platform where they will be able to submit videos showing their skills off. Those materials could be accessed by producers for possible call to audition.
Every participanting country will choose its representative via local auditions. The winner will be selected by public televote.
Eurovision Talent Contest will join the Eurovision Song Contest, Junior Eurovision Song Contest and Eurovision Dance Contest, becoming the 4th pan-European competition depending from EBU.
