This year’s Austrian representatives, The Makemakes, are all set to give a concert at WUK next month on the 23 April.
A month before the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 is set to take place in the host city of Vienna, the 2015 Austrian representatives, The Makemakes, will perform a concert at WUK on the 23 April.
WUK, short for Werkstätten- und Kulturhaus, is located in the Austrian capital of Vienna and has hosted many events over the years, gatherings of which include concerts, workshops and political engagements.
With the band releasing their debut album in due course, it’s expected that The Makemakes will be performing new material from the album as well as their official Eurovision entry, I am yours.
Tickets are currently on sale for €19 and can be purchased via the wuk.at website. The concert will kick off at 20:00 CET with doors opening an hour in advance. More concert details can be found here.
The Makemakes were selected to represent the host nation at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest through the national selection Wer singt für Österreich? earlier this month.
With Austria automatically qualifying to the Grand Final following Conchita Wurst’s 2014 victory, The Makemakes will compete against 26 fellow candidates with their entry I am yours.
