RTVA, the national Andorran television broadcaster will be holding a press conference next Monday, 10th December at Hotel Husa Centrica at 12pm, in Andorra La Vella, Andorra ,in order to officially present the 2008 Eurovision Andorran representative Gisela. A second press conference is scheduled to be held in Barcelona on Tuesday, 11th December at 12pm at the SGAE Building, located in Passeig Colom, Barcelona.

Next week Gisela will be presented officially as the 2008 Andorran EurovisionSong Contest candidate. Gisela is among one of Spain's most famous artists, enjoying major success and fame on the Spanish musical scene. She has enjoyed popularity and fame in Spainsince her Operacion Triunfo days, when she shot to fame portraying her vocal skills and musical talent. She went on to work in various musicals and has releasedthree albums so far, as well as singing the Spanish soundtrack scores for several Disney films. In 2003 she represented Spain at the Vina Del Mar Song Festival in Chile. She is currently working in her latest musical Boscos Endins.

Gisela is already familiar to the Eurovision Song Contest as she accompanied Rosaon stage as a backing vocalist at the 2002 Eurovision Song Contest. This time the Spanish artist will be representing the Principality of Andorra. Jordi Cubino has composed and produced the 2008 Andorran entry, he has produced and composed many hits for many international artists such as Toni Braxton, David Bisbal, Ricky Martin and IL DIVO.

Next week RTVA will holdtwo press conferences, one in Andorra La Vella and the other in Barcelona inviting the media and the press to the official announcement of the 2008 AndorranEurovision Song Contest entry. Gisela, Jordi Cubino, Mr. Gualbert Osorio (General Director of RTVA) and Mr. Joan Besson (Executive director of RTVA) will all be present at the press conferences.
