Malta: Firelight’s mountain dulcimer up for auction

Maltese pop/folk band Firelight are auctioning off their one of a kind instrument which they used on the Eurovision stage last year.

Firelight‘s front-man Richard Edwards is actioning off his Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer, the only one of its kind to appear in the Eurovision to date. All the money raised will go to Puttinu Cares, a local charity helping children suffering from cancer.

As it stands, the highest bidder is at €2,250. Firelight are offering free shipping worldwide to whoever wins the dulcimer. The auction ends on Saturday 28th March 2015 at 22:00 CET.

Firelight represented Malta in the Eurovision 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark with the song Coming Home finishing in 23rd place with 32 points in the final.
