RTS, the Serbian national broadcaster, has revealed that an English version of Ceo svet je moj is in the works.

The English version will be titled Beauty never lies, and it is being written by Charlie Mason who wrote the winning entry of the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, Rise like a phoenix.

Beauty never lies is expected to be released in the next few days, but both RTS and singer Bojana Stamenov have said that no decision has been made on which version they will send to Vienna.

Bojana will also be recording the song in several other languages in the lead up to the contest.

In an article from Serbian website Best, they quote Bojana as saying she would like to perform the song in English.

If they do decide to send the English version of the song, it will be the first time that Serbia sends an entry to the Eurovision Song Contest that isn’t in their native language.

Serbia returns to the Eurovision Song Contest in 2015 after withdrawing last year due to financial reasons.

They last participated in 2013 when Moje 3 represented the country with the song Ljubav je svuda. The country failed to reach the final for the first time in their history after placing 11th in the semi-final.
