The second season of The Next Star has come to an end. Nadav Guedj has won the final and will represent the mediterranean country in Vienna, hoping to bring the country to the Eurovision final for the first time since 2010.

During the final, the artists had competed in duels:

  1. Iki Levy & The Rasta Hebrew Men 52% / Avia Shoshani 49%
  2. Nadav Guedj 79% / Sari Nachmias 64%

After the jury’s voting for the wildcard place in the superfinal, the result was a tie – 2 votes for Avia and 2 for Sari. However, the seasonal average of votes gave Sari the superfinal place.

Superfinal result:

  1. Nadav Guedj 79%
  2. Iki Levy & The Rasta Hebrew Men 69%
  3. Sari Nachmias 49%

Nadav Guedj will represent Israel in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest. The Israeli entry is supposed to be revealed in the upcoming days. Stay tuned to ESCToday.com for more details!
