Towards the end of the month, Sakis Rouvas will be releasing his live CD and DVD, called This is my Live. Both were recorded during his live concert at the Lycabetus theatre in Athens, Greece, last September. Yesterday the Greek music channel Mad Tv aired Sakis' latest video clip for his new single Stous 31 dromous.
Last May,Greek singing sensation, Sakis Rouvasmade his debut on the big screen with Alter Ego, a romantic drama that got him quite good reviews for his acting abilities. Four months later, on 10th September, at the Lycabetus theatre in Athens, Greece, Rouvasgave a concert for a special cause; for the purposes of the voluntary blood donation campaign. The concert took place with the support of the Panhellenic Association of Volunteer Blood Donors, Donors of Human Tissues and Organs and Biological Products under the auspice of the Ministry of Health. Sakis performed some of the songs which have marked his career as well as some of his latest hits.
Ina few days the live recording of that concert will be released in a cd/dvd. The album will also contain Sakis’ latest track Stous 31 dromous, soundtrack ofthe homonymousTV seriesfilmed in Astoria, NY, USA, in which Anna Vissi’s daughter, Sofia Karvela, can be seen in one of the leading roles. Authors of the song are Dimitris Kontopoulos, composer and Vicky Gerothodorou, lyricist. The video clip of the song was aired yesterday by the Greek music channel Mad Tv.

Sakis Rouvas represented Greecein the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Shake it, placing 3rd with 252 points. He also hosted the 2006 contest in Athens.
