Dana International, the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest winner was a special guest on last Saturday's Jewish Evening show on Polish channel TVP1. Dana performed her winning Eurovision entry, Diva, and Makat hom as well as her latest hit Love boy.

This was Dana's second visit to Poland, the first one being in 1999 while promoting her single Woman in love. This time Dana performed Diva, her 2002 single Makat hom – a cover of the Greek traditional 60's song Oh dirlada- and her single Love boy from her latest album Hakol ze letova (It's all for the best). Dana was warmly received by the Polish audience whom she thanked in perfect Polish.

Thanks to Johnny Logan and Hold me now I fell in love with the Eurovision Song Contest, a love that's been going strong ever since with undiminished passion. My first memories date back to 1977 and the lyrics of Rock bottom, Dschinghis Khan and A ba ni bi are still engraved in my brain.

I joined esctoday.com in 2006 as a junior editor after being invited by Barry Viniker, I soon became Senior Editor and during the 2007 contest in Helsinki I was appointed Head of Communications. Today I hold the post of Head of Human Resources and I am proud to be working with the best editorial team in the world.
