Estonian Television, ETV didn't change the rules for the Estonian pre-selection, Eurolaul 2003.

Some time ago ETV thought not to let the foreign composers to participate in Eurolaul 2003. But now Juhan Paadam, Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs of ETV, told that they didn't change the rules because they didn't see any special reason to do so.

The rules for Eurolaul 2003 haven't changed this year, except some small details. The rules will be published in ETV's website soon.

ETV also decided to give 30.000 kroons (about EUR 2000) to the author of the winning song of Eurolaul and 10.000 kroons for the performer or performers of it.

The deadline for submitting the songs to the pre-selection is December 9th.
