On the 4th of October MTV RMA 2007 opens its doors for the annual award ceremony. This year sees the 2006 and 2007 Russian Eurovision Song Contest participants amongst the nominees. Dima Bilan hopes to add some more awards to his already long list having been nominated in four categories, as have Serebro, the brand new girl band who placed 3rd in Helsinki this year.
Dima Bilan, the runner upof the 2006 Eurovision Song Contestin Athens, and the girls from Serebro, who represented Russia in Helsinki earlier this year have been nominated in four categories each. The night expects to gather all the Russian show-biz stars, as well as many world known celebrities such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fergie, Paris Hilton, Avril Lavigne and Snoop Dogg .
Serebro have been nominated in the following four categories, all of them for their Eurovision entry Song #1 :
1.Best Pop project
2. Best Song
3. Best Debut
4. Best Video
