Anonymous , the Andorran representatives in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest, have been officially invited by YLE to perform live at the first Finnish MGP final on 2nd November.

Finland participates in the MGP for the first time and they are holding their national final on 2nd November. Anonymous will be opening the show with their Eurovision entry, Salvem el mon . This time, N!ki, Alejandro and Gallego will be joined by Cristian, the 16 year old bass player, who was unable to perform in Helsinki due to the EBU age limit. The show will be broadcast in Finland and webcast live on the day and a few days later it will be shown in the rest of the MGP participating countries as well.

N!ki Francesca, the Anonymous lead singer, told esctoday.com : "I am really, really happy to go back and especially as it is for the band. I'm also happy as Cristian is coming with us this time too. Somehow it's hard to believe that from one day to another we get a call asking us to go and play Salvem el mon, we couldn't believe it was the song that was most voted by the youth in Finland."

Anonymous are currently working on some new songs. In the days to come, their new single, Self belief, will be made available on their myspace as a present to their fans.

Thanks to Johnny Logan and Hold me now I fell in love with the Eurovision Song Contest, a love that's been going strong ever since with undiminished passion. My first memories date back to 1977 and the lyrics of Rock bottom, Dschinghis Khan and A ba ni bi are still engraved in my brain.

I joined esctoday.com in 2006 as a junior editor after being invited by Barry Viniker, I soon became Senior Editor and during the 2007 contest in Helsinki I was appointed Head of Communications. Today I hold the post of Head of Human Resources and I am proud to be working with the best editorial team in the world.
